Our founder has passed away.

With deep sorrow and profound respect, we announce the loss of our founder, Thérèse Lucienne Meier, who passed away last Saturday. In 2001, she founded Belvédère with remarkable entrepreneurial courage and exceptional foresight. She continuously developed the company with dedication and clarity of vision. Her generous spirit, tireless commitment, and great personal strength shaped Belvédère over many years and left a lasting imprint on its culture.

Mrs Meier’s work was guided by a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and a clear set of values. These principles enabled her to build a corporate culture founded on trust, quality, and long-term thinking. With her passing, we lose an outstanding entrepreneur and an extraordinary woman with a rare sensitivity for people, finance, and art.

We deeply regret that we will no longer be able to celebrate Belvédère’s 25th anniversary together with her. Yet her legacy will continue. We look back with great gratitude on the years we were privileged to share with Mrs Meier and will honour her memory with the respect it deserves. She will forever hold a place in our hearts.

With sincere gratitude and deepest respect,

The Board of Directors, Executive Management, and Employees
of Belvédère Asset Management AG
