Assistant Client Relations (80-100%)

Your area of responsibility

  • Supporting client advisors in organizational and administrative matters
  • Acting as a sparring partner for the senior assistant and client advisors and as a direct contact person for clients in all administrative matters
  • Assisting in the development of customized solutions, consolidations, and investment proposals
  • Independently handling customer administration, changes, openings, closings, and executing and monitoring general customer orders (e.g., stock exchange orders, payments, due dates)
  • Preparing evaluations, analyses, and reports
  • Preparing for and following up on customer visits and business trips
  • Assisting in the preparation of customer presentations
  • Preparation of written correspondence in German and English
  • Communication with various interfaces such as customers, banks, and other cooperation partners
  • General administrative support within the company, including reception duties

Your profile

  • Successfully completed banking apprenticeship
  • Initial professional experience in asset management or banking, preferably in a comparable position
  • Interest in and understanding of financial markets and instruments
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Native German speaker with good to very good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation paired with a well-groomed appearance and good manners
  • Motivated and committed personality who is flexible and willing to take on ad hoc tasks outside their own area of responsibility
