Family Office Assistant (80 - 100%)

Your area of responsibility

  • Supporting the team leader in organizational and administrative matters
  • Participation in asset management and asset monitoring
  • Development of customized solutions, consolidations and investment proposals
  • Preparation of performance analyses, evaluations and specific family office reports
  • Communication with various interfaces such as customers, banks, consultants and cooperation partners
  • Independent handling of customer administration
  • Management and monitoring of our customer dossiers
  • Responsibility for the entire document management and filing system
  • Preparation and follow-up of customer visits and business trips
  • Coordinating appointments for team members and customers

Your profile

  • Successfully completed banking apprenticeship and ongoing or planned further training (e.g. higher technical college or university degree in economics/finance)
  • Professional experience in an asset management company or bank, preferably in a comparable position
  • Interest in and sound understanding of financial markets and instruments
  • Confident handling of MS-Office (especially Excel), Bloomberg knowledge an advantage
  • Native German speaker, very good written and spoken English skills
  • High customer and service orientation paired with a strong interest and pleasure in dealing with people
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as flexibility to take on ad hoc tasks, also outside your own area of activity
  • Well-groomed appearance and a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Discretion and credibility
